Urban Magic or Waterfall Magic?

The world is very small so if you want to practice good design, venture beyond your backyard
— Lauren Rottet

I was really upset when after a month I was rejecting every single design I had put down on paper. I was ready to give up because I was running out of time. Carpenter's a phone call away I thought when suddenly I saw this thing on Youtube. It was a fountain, in a train station, in Japan;

Nothing can be said to explain just how cool this water fountain clock and water spray is in Osaka. The attraction, located in the South Gate Building of the new Osaka Station City complex, is a large rectangular water display created by local firm Koei Industry. This Printer fountain shows a digital-style time readout, spitting out numbers three times, as well as scrolling patterns including floral motifs in 2D. It can also display text. The mesmerizing display consists of collapsing water which forms a fluid digital clock every minute. Between each minute, the water forms into moving floral patterns and falling shapes. The water droplets are illuminated by lights.

My immediate admiration for this masterpiece became my inspiration.
