Freelance 3D Visualizer (Ref: 10014)

The Nicosia office is looking to hire a Freelance 3D Visualizer to work with our design team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional 3D Visualizer to join our creative team. As part of the Creative team, the 3D Visualizer will work closely with the creative directors, designers, and other project team members to create photo-realistic architectural renders for a diverse array of projects. This position requires someone with exceptional attention to detail, a strong understanding of and experience with design, form, and materials, and how lighting, color, and environment affect each. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment where innovation, creativity, a positive attitude and passion are valued. Must have the ability to prioritize while multi-tasking and handle pressure with adherence to quality and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism, courtesy and ethics.

  • Works closely with the creative team utilizing advanced 3D Rendering software; create photo-realistic images for exterior, interior, environments and other related materials.
  • Retouching of images in Photoshop as required.
  • Participate in planning and scheduling activities and manage workflow and deadlines.
  • Managing and maintaining digital image database; proper file nomenclatures and archival processes. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • BS/BA in Industrial Design, BFA in Design or related 3D visualization field; or 3-5 years of related experience in 3D computer graphic rendering and animation field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Vray, KeyShot, and 3D Studio Max, After Effects (or similar mid to high end rendering and animation software) required.
  • Additional 3D packages (Rhino, SketchUp, Cinema4D) are advantageous. Proficiency in Architectural or Retail Visualization.
  • Ability to work cohesively with teams from multiple design, marketing, and production disciplines. Solid foundation of initiative and bias for action
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects under pressure. Strong business, work and personal ethics.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels in organization.
  • Displays original thinking and creativity; Meets challenges with resourcefulness; Generates suggestions for improving work; Develops innovative approaches and ideas; Presents ideas and information in a manner that gets others’ attention.
  • Demonstration of an exceptional portfolio of successful 3D Rendering, visualization, and animation. Previous digital still-photography skills a plus.
